Candidate of the month - Sydney

At OfficeTeam, we like to reward outstanding candidates for their hard work and efforts. That’s why our Sydney office awards a “Candidate of the Month” to a candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • Demonstrate exceptional technical performance within a role resulting in commendation from our client
  • Illustrating flexibility by taking last minute roles
  • Showing outstanding attitude by taking challenging roles
  • Overall excellence and dedication to the job.

Each month, the team at OfficeTeam nominate one candidate each and the winner is decided in a vote. The winner receives a gift and a certificate of appreciation.
